Chapter 1104: The Lost Sister
The plan was to visit palace fortresses the next day, one of the many popular tourist destinations in Granada. On their way fell a big bookstore that made her eyes subtly sparkle. She pointed towards it.
"Is it okay if we stop by there for sometime?"
"Of course. You don’t need to ask," he said while still trying to shed that image of the naughty handcuff from his mind. He only hoped that Alix didn’t catch anything suspicious.
Stepping inside, the faint scent of books and the sound of the pages flipping came across her that brought a sense of comfort in her expression. She felt right at home. No matter what part of the world it was, books always calmed her.
She walked across the many aisles, lightly grazing her fingertips against the books’ hardbound. She almost drooled at the sight of literary fiction books, one of her favorite genres to read. She came to an abrupt stop and turned. She slightly tilted her head seeing Jin standing behind her quite diligently.
"You know you can hop away to explore too, right?" she blinked.
He slightly scratched his neck. "Yes but..."
I want to be closer to you.
But he wondered if she would find him sticking close to her too bothersome.
Ugh does she want some privacy? Am I coming in the way of it?
"Y-Yeah I was just about to take a turn right here..."
"Children’s books section?"
