The more powerful the bloodline, the more difficult it was to consume and refine. For a low-level demon with a Bloodline Power to attempt refining a higher-level one required a great deal of effort and the assistance of many things. The brute force method that Ye Xuan was employing, apart from harming himself, would achieve no effect at all.

According to the information he had gathered about Ye Xuan, the latter only possessed an Upper Grade Innate bloodline and yet aimed to easily swallow up Elder Jingzhe’s Bloodline. It was nothing but a fool’s dream.
