Cultivation Struggles of a Lowly Fox

The final flight was silent and stiff. Everyone was on the edge, like someone was supposed to follow them and harm them.

Both of the Grandmasters were no different, they sobered quite quickly when they heard about what happened inside.

'I never expected to encounter such a Treasure...' The Southern Sect Grandmaster shook his head.

'What trouble.' Dai Lu sighed inside her mind, whenever Aiko went, there would be disaster, there was nothing she could do about it and it would keep going like this even if she tried to warn her.

As one might expect, she just submitted to her fate and went with the flow, since going against it was pointless.

"My, my~" A melodious voice spread throughout the surrounding. "What do we have here~?"

The Grandmasters immediately went on guard, because they were completely oblivious to this person's presence.

"Why so stiff?" A gorgeous female with feathery clothes descended upon the flying boat.

She had red to white coloured feathery clothes and a picturesque face. Her hair was red, while her eyes appeared lazy and sleepy.

"Who are you?" Dai Lu immediately asked her.

"Ugh, another bird..." Moon Aiko groaned, since the last one was quite hot-blooded.

"Oh, a Foxy." The bird lady giggled. "It appears you were the one who met my unfortunate daughter."

"Yeah, we sure met." Moon Aiko rolled her eyes. "I pretty much could like her claws, you know."

The bird lady laughed. "Yeah, that sounds like my daughter."

"At least the mother is sensible." Moon Aiko nodded her head.

Pretty much everyone was speechless how she was able to converse with this individual, since her presence and pressure was no joke.

"... I didn't believe her when she said you were eccentric, but now those words don't hold a candle to what I'm seeing." The bird lady observed the little Fox closely.

"Then you can take that candle and leave." Moon Aiko shamelessly tried to kick this birdie out.

"No, can't do." The bird lady was just a tad bit more shameless than the little Foxy.

"Grrr..." Moon Aiko didn't like that at all.

"Didn't you find it weird that you were unable to find the way towards the destination?" The bird lady chuckled.

"So this place is under a confusion illusion." Mei looked quite grim.

"Whoa, I didn't think you would-" The bird lady suddenly paused. "Eh? Didn't you ascend?"

The Elders heard those words and looked incredulously at Jade Fox. If that was true that would explain so much, but then what about the Vicious Jade Fox...?

They all looked at her, waiting for another shocking information, but that information unfortunately never came...

"That's all in the past." Mei shook her head.

The bird lady used her hand to make a small hole with her fingers. "I see..."

"Your Immortal and Mortal Body mashed and this is what you were left with." The bird lady slowly nodded her head. "Well, it seems I won't be the only one recuperating~" She teased her.

"Ugh... Seriously? Just because I tried to make a feather duster that one time?" Mei groaned unhappily, but it was strange that she didn't hold any kind of hostility towards her for that.

"That's all in the past. As you can see, I'm still as miserable as before." The bird lady glanced at the small Fox. She couldn't imagine how this little Foxy was able to deal with the-

"Hm?" The bird lady's eyes noticed something else.

"You were also contracted..." The bird lady landed next to the Demonic Blood Fox, but before she could touch her, some kind of black substance tried to repel her.

It took Danji a lot of time to tame this rascal from the Secret Realm. This Relic was supposed to be used as tail bedding for Aiko, but since it couldn't maintain its shape for long. She soon gave up on it.

"Whoa..." The bird lady's eyes widened slightly. "Things are a lot more fun than I expected."

The bird lady moved out of the flying boat, since she could feel danger from the two swords that the two swordsmen carried.

"I'm not here to fight." The bird lady giggled, but she couldn't believe that curiosity got the best of her. This whole flying boat was full of bizarre Foxes, making her want to look more.

"I will guide you and you can pick the place you want to land. Our lands are quite far from each other, but we intend to create Movement Arrays for ease of transportation." The bird lady explained while flying into a certain direction.

Moon Aiko could not feel any ill intentions, so she turned her flying boat to follow her.

Mei didn't like her, so she didn't talk too much, while the Fox Elders already chatted with each other. It was rare for an Immortal to descend, but now there was a Fox from Immortal World right before them!

That was the rarest event that could possibly happen and it happened during their lifetime!

"..." Mei still kept silent, but seeing how she was throwing daggers with her eyes, it was obvious she wanted answers.

"Don't be like that." The bird lady giggled. "I'm really not here to fight or separate you. We all want to get rid of the Contract and since I can see that someone was already 'cured', I will even protect you."

At first, she had only the intention to guide them around and eventually land, but now that she actually saw that someone was able to get rid of the Contract, she was a lot more enthusiastic about this whole situation.

"How can I trust you?" Mei narrowed her eyes. She didn't have a good relationship with her, so it was strange that she was so cooperative.

"You might not believe it, but I have changed." The bird lady pursed her lips. After so many years under Contract, she softened a lot because of it and she could also feel the 'owner' coming to them soon.

So it was important for them to get rid of the Contract and rid of that bastard!

"That's what's so bizarre." Mei nodded her head. "You were always bad-tempered, especially when someone ogled your stomach."

"That is true. It was my pride and everything, so having it reduced to a sex object was... unpleasant." The bird lady narrowed her eyes dangerously, remembering those unpleasant memories.

"..." Mei couldn't say anything about that, since she did hear rumours about it.

"But now there is nobody to ogle me, since I'm locked in this place." The bird lady was clearly upset.

"Say, is she the so-called exhibitionist?" Moon Aiko nudged Mei.

Mei almost choked on her own saliva. She couldn't believe that Aiko was playing with fire at this crucial moment!

"I'm not!" The bird lady immediately yelped, before coughing awkwardly. "I don't like to be seen too much."

"What are you doing?" The bird lady was-

"Yep, I can see it. She doesn't wear anything under that skirt." Moon Aiko proclaimed as a matter of fact.

Pretty much everyone on the flying boat choked on their saliva, and some even scurried to hide inside the shack.

The bird lady also choked, before she grabbed her skirt and stretched it to be longer.

The bird lady glared at the small Fox, who was completely oblivious to the danger.

"You know that won't matter, right?" Moon Aiko gestured towards that, now longer, skirt.

"Hmpf, you can't see anything now." The bird lady snorted unhappily. She couldn't really harm that little Fox, since everyone would eat her alive and their only way to get rid of the Contract would vanish.

"That's not what I'm talking about." Moon Aiko puffed air out of her mouth. "This pretty much means you ARE exhibitionist!"

"!..." The bird lady thought long and hard about what to say, but she couldn't figure out any kind of shameless plan that could save her from that.

"It's fine." Moon Aiko shrugged. "I won't shame you for your kink." She gave her a thumbs up, making her feel even worse.

The bird lady's mouth twitched. She really, really, REALLY wanted to smack that damned Fox! But she couldn't, which infuriated her even more!

She also never encountered someone so... shameless as to call her like that several times!

"What's wrong? You look like you will fall down any moment." Moon Aiko tilted her head, but didn't stop her teasing.

"And whose fault is that?!" The bird lady almost screamed.

"Yours. I'm not an exhibitionist here." Moon Aiko shrugged again.

"UGH!" The bird lady now regretted her curiosity. This little Fox was definitely taking revenge for appearing so suddenly and doing things at her own pace!

"Fine, I'm sorry!" The bird lady clicked her tongue and apologised. It was a rare apology since she never really met with anyone, but it did hurt her pride a LOT.

"It's fine, everyone can make a mistake, but exhibitionists should be more careful." Moon Aiko nodded her head seriously, making her even more flabbergasted than before.

"Y-you know I can squish you like an ant, right?" The bird lady quivered. She never received this kind of scrutiny before.

"You know that I'm the only one who can remove that Contract on this continent, right?" Moon Aiko smiled without any shame, making the bird lady's back arch as she groaned and covered her face with her hands.

The bird lady understood this small rascal. It was pointless to argue against her, since she would just come up with some kind of elaborate scheme to make her feel even worse than before! Well, it didn't even need to be elaborate, since that little rascal liked to use the same shameful thing over and over again!

The bird lady regretted stealing the guiding spot from the Holy Deer. Oh, how much she wanted to just rush back and drag him here before disappearing, but she couldn't...

Both were matters of pride, and since she was able to win this spot, she would keep it!

Moon Aiko, completely oblivious to her inner struggles, kept talking. "Do you want some toys to-"

"Please stop..." The bird lady sniffled. It would be 100 times better to just laze around her nest than to receive this kind of treatment!
