I stared at the floating screen for a while. It wasn’t entirely unexpected to have some gains from this modified ritual, but I never expected something as broken as this ability. I accepted the notification, and the foreign wild mana that was swimming around in my core was instantly assimilated. The strands of mana vanished, but a moment later, a much tamer variety of that same mana erupted from my mana core.
