Seeing the two seniors approaching, Itachi politely nodded and greeted: "Kakashi-senpai, Kanpū-senpai."
Kakashi, leaning on his crutches, nodded slightly in response.

"Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi." Itachi replied softly without hiding anything.
"They sound very impressive. Perhaps, you will have a chance to ask your Kakashi-senpai for advice in the future?" Kanpū laughed eerily, wearing a creepy smile.
Itachi was a bit unsure of the situation, but as a junior, he knew that a polite nod and a courteous, reserved smile were sufficient.
After parting ways, Kanpū and Kakashi walked down the corridor to a small operating room at the end.
