Chapter 949: Sasuke and Tobi
After returning home, Sasuke went straight to Fugaku's study and waited. It wasn't until evening that Fugaku finished work and returned home.
"Dad!" Hearing the commotion outside, Sasuke hurried out.
"Sasuke, you're back early today."
Fugaku commented casually as he walked towards his study, "By the way, has the new Jonin Instructor for Team 7 shown up?"
Since Tenzo was captured by Orochimaru, Team 7 had been essentially 'scrapped', making Naruto, Sasuke, and Karin unable to leave for the mission, and could only 'stay idle' at home.
It's indeed quite annoying.
Especially when Fugaku remembers the scene of Sasuke being beaten up by Lee in the finals, this thought made him even more frustrated. He wished he could just send Sasuke out into the Shinobi World to toughen up!
"Not yet."
Sasuke replied seriously, "Dad, I have something important to tell you!"
