"It's not the Ninja World, but what are those guys wearing Ninja forehead protectors?"
He knew that he had made a mistake in his judgment, but luckily, the consequences had only caused the ninjas to replace Cipher Pol as the first group to enter the Dimensional Gate to explore. Those reports he had written about the ninja world would come in handy in the future. As for whether this mistake would affect his authority with the Five Elders, he was not worried.
