Chapter 30: The showdown between Shadow and Light

As a long golden leg flashed past, Gecko Moria's head actually shattered, turning into torn black shadow fragments floating in the air.
"Eh...?" Borsalino looked at Moria's body that turned into a purple-black shadow in front of him with confusion.
[Swish!]
Suddenly, the black shadow brandished the sharp shadow blade in his hand, turning into a black light that cut Borsalino's waist in two.
There was no wound or blood at the incision. Instead, there was a bright golden light. Then the golden light flashed and appeared in the blink of an eye at the place where he originally stood.
"It's so scary~"
Borsalino looked like he was still frightened. He looked past the black shadow and looked at Gecko Moria who appeared fifty meters away at an unknown time, with doubts on his face.
"You are also a Logia-type? But doesn't the information say that you are a Paramecia-type with Shadow-Shadow Fruit ability?"
"Kishishishishishi... I would like to know why your elemental transformation is immune to my slashing attack. The attack from before was clearly imbued with Haki."
