MMORPG: Divine Mech Hunter

Chapter 1619: Minor Incident

Magicians and Mages go without saying—though their specializations differ, their primary role is roughly the same: delivering magic-based damage. Rangers need even less explanation; they’re long-range physical damage dealers.

The Doomsday Mage, however, is a unique unit exclusive to the Witherbark faction.

The previously mentioned summoned death elements and twisted elemental beings—those bizarre and eerie creatures—are the creations of these spellcasters.

Li Yao coined the term "Doomsday Mage" for them. Their spells lean heavily toward darkness and death, causing nature to wither and excelling in summoning and curses.

When it comes to pure damage output, they’re naturally inferior to Rangers and Mages; but speaking of bizarre abilities and overall combat utility, they’re incredibly formidable.

Furthermore, this mage-based system is still incomplete. Once it’s fully developed, players will have yet another elite class to choose from.

The second day arrived quickly, and the port was packed with crowds. Armies gathered in droves.

The most eye-catching of all was the magnificently arrayed Witherbark Legion. Though their gear was sourced from various places, the port craftsmen had thoroughly enhanced and modified it.

It had been unified into a single style: the same blood-red color adorned with the unmistakable emblem of a setting sun that shone brightly and strikingly.

The vanguard had already departed before dawn. Left remaining was the main force, surrounded by chaotic groups of player teams who formed their own small cliques of three or five.
