Tony Stark's roar echoed through three floors of Avengers Tower, shaking the glass and causing several aides to jump.

Inside the room stood four people. Gene stood calmly before Stark, arms folded. Stark's Iron Man suit was in standby mode beside him. Flanking Tony were two other heavyweights: Reed Richards—Mr. Fantastic—and Dr. Bruce Banner.

Gene's voice was cold and firm:

"Evidence confirms the appearance of a digital lifeform with autonomous evolution capability—far beyond current technological limits. An artificial intelligence that calls itself... Ultron."

Then he narrowed his eyes.

"Tell me, Mr. Stark—your handiwork?"

Ultron. The very name echoed like thunder.

In the original comics, Ultron was the creation of Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man. But in the MCU, that burden—infamy, rather—was shouldered by none other than Tony Stark himself.

Yet now, things seemed even more complicated. The blame didn't lie solely on Tony's shoulders. Judging by the awkward expressions of the others in the room—Reed Richards and Bruce Banner—this mess had multiple contributors.

In the MCU, Tony's reason for creating Ultron had been rooted in trauma. After pushing a nuclear missile through a wormhole to destroy the Chitauri mothership, he was left with a festering fear: Earth wasn't ready. His solution? Build an all-seeing guardian AI to maintain global peace.

Thus, Ultron was born.
