"Now we can fight without worries," Finn chuckled as he looked at the brown-haired maid, who stared at him coldly.
"Like I said, you are going to regret ever making the Young Master and the Ignis Clan your enemy," the brown-haired maid snorted in arrogance.
"Leave that for the future," Finn replied casually.
"Thunder Lightning Art: Ferocious Thunder Roar."
The roar of thunder resounded, and the brown-haired maid staggered, losing her footing as the blast hit her unawares. She quickly regained her balance, her cold gaze locking onto Finn once more.
"Fire Art: Fireball."
At the sides of the brown-haired young maid, numerous flaming balls—ten in total—floated ominously, their heat waves strong enough to injure Finn.
Without hesitation, she controlled the fireballs and sent them hurtling toward Finn, launching her attack.
"Thunder Lightning Art: Lightning Shift."
As the fireballs descended upon him, Finn immediately used Lightning Shift, turning into a streak of lightning and dodging each fireball gracefully. The true victims were the ground and surrounding trees, scorched and exploded by the stray fireballs upon impact.
The brown-haired maid snorted in frustration as she watched Finn evade each of her fireball attacks. Yet in that moment of distraction, Finn had already closed the distance using Lightning Shift.
