He saw many dead bodies of Shinigami, including Yamamoto's. He surely didn't like Yamamoto too much but still, seeing him bisected felt bad.
Then his eyes fell on the ugly scene. A body kneeling in front of a bearded man. The body was split in half from head to stomach. But it was also connecting itself.
