Ragnarok's fire dragon swallowed the yellow energy wave and grew even bigger. Kenpachi quickly moved his Zanpakuto in front of him and tried to shield himself.
But he immediately realized that the temperature of this fire was crazy high. "Yeah, definitely in the leagues of that old man. He even got fire styled Zanpakuto."
"Ken-Chan, RUN!" the girl on his back shouted.
"NO, you run away, Yachiru. I will hold him. Or else we both will turn into ashes." He replied and threw a mouthful of blood. He was using his utmost strength to keep the fire away. But the heat was constantly rising.
*ZIP*
He suddenly noticed that his sword started getting red and chipping from the edges. This worried him a bit.
*WOOSH*
Just as he was about to remove his eyepatch, the fire vanished. Removing his eyepatch would have unleashed all his power, but it was not his favorite choice as he just loved fighting so much.
Ragnarok's sword turned to normal and he teleported in front of Kenpachi.
