Brian’s interrogation went smoothly. Yang Yi learned several key pieces of information, including that Shahed controls at least two critical links in the organ trafficking network.

The hospital and the organ suppliers—Shahed has them both firmly in his grasp. Knowing this, the next steps became relatively straightforward.

Shahed has two private clinics capable of performing high-risk organ transplant surgeries. The skill level is exceptional, and the doctors are highly proficient. Although this is a resource Shahed only got his hands on last year, one has to admit he has done well.

This much had been extracted during the interrogation, but there was still a lot more to uncover. Yang Yi believed that if given time, he could dig out every last detail.

But Yang Yi didn’t plan to waste any more time.

Looking down at his watch, Yang Yi said to Danny, "Shahed should be at one of the clinics right now, where an organ transplant surgery is underway."

Danny nodded, then suddenly turned to Yang Yi and said, "We might be into shady business, but there’s no way we’d ever make money off something this cruel. I’d rather die than make this kind of money."

Yang Yi nodded and replied, "I know."

Danny stared at Yang Yi seriously and said, "What I need to add is that you shouldn’t ever make this filthy money, either. If you ever do, not only will I despise you, I’ll kill you. Even if I fail, I’ll make sure you end up dead!"

Yang Yi chuckled and said, "Relax. Even though the money I make isn’t exactly clean, money earned through atrocities disgusts me. At most, I’d go for black vs. black tactics, but I won’t harm innocent people to make money—that doesn’t appeal to me, nor do I need it."

Danny sighed a breath of relief and said, "Well, what’s next then?"
