Yang Yi lay in the hospital bed, while Petra was feeding him porridge.
Petra might have been influenced by some movie because Yang Yi’s injuries were not so severe that he could only eat porridge. Moreover, his right arm was fine, and he didn’t really need Petra to feed him.
But Petra insisted on feeding Yang Yi, and how could he have the heart to refuse her?
Even though Petra had never fed anyone else before, and was somewhat clumsy and clearly not skilled, Yang Yi still enjoyed it very much.
He looked affectionately at Petra, sipping the preserved egg and pork congee without knowing from which Chinese restaurant she had bought it, and actually, the feeling was quite nice.
The door to the hospital room was knocked. Yang Yi turned his head slightly and said in a low voice, "Come in."
Reggie entered, standing by Yang Yi’s bedside and whispered, "Boss..."
Petra, accustomed to such situations, set the porridge aside and smiled, "I’m going to the restroom. You two talk."

Reggie pulled a sheet of paper out of his briefcase and whispered, "The lab report is out."
