Chapter 889 - 894 This Won’t Do
Kate was still nervously monitoring Vitali’s condition. Now, Vitali was still in danger, but his condition was ultimately much better than when he had first arrived.
Had it not been for Woody’s judgment and persistence, Vitali would have died. No, actually, when Vitali had just arrived, he was practically dead in some respects—hemorrhagic shock had already caused his heart to stop beating, so it was Woody who had snatched him back from the hands of death.
Woody was still busy. He stuck by Vitali’s side constantly, as creating a sterile environment was really killing him.
The dead do not need to worry about infection, but the problem was that Vitali had survived, and that meant Woody had to figure out how not to let Vitali get infected.
So Woody temporarily converted a room into a makeshift sterile ward. Of course, it couldn’t compare with the sterile environment of a hospital, but after repurposing a bedroom into a ward, he dared to say he had done his best.
Carrying a bottle of disinfectant, Woody rushed out and then said to Brian and Paul, sitting opposite each other, "Gentlemen, please help me. First, take a shower with the disinfectant, then put on sterile isolation suits, and after that, help me move the patient into the ward, quickly. I’m giving you two and a half hours."
Brian and Paul both stood up.
Looking at the disinfectant Woody had put down, Paul suddenly said, "This won’t work! This absolutely won’t do!"
Brian let out a sigh, then whispered, "Just help first."
