Chapter 713 - 719 Old Man
With only two cars, that meant there couldn’t be many people.
According to Yang Yi’s habit, if taking a car to launch an attack, regardless of the target or the possibility of a shootout in the vehicle, the most suitable arrangement would be three people per car. At most that might stretch to four, but never more. Too many people would be detrimental to effective firepower use, and should the car come under attack, it could lead to more casualties.
That meant the forces Big Ivan had sent to attack could not exceed eight in number.
The building in question contained an unknown number of people to Yang Yi, but he knew that Deyo had been exerting every effort in preparation for the decisive battle with Big Ivan. Deyo had been amassing men and searching for skilled fighters to join the war.
Teams came one after another; once they arrived, they were directly under Corkdor’s command. These men were neither allocated to Ferdinand nor to Jethro, which meant Corkdor now commanded a substantial number of troops—a far cry from his initial days in Ukraine with only a few armed followers.
Let’s not forget that Yang Yi hadn’t been constantly monitoring Corkdor, but Paul and Hans had been keeping a vigilant eye on him. Therefore, while Jethro might not be aware of the strength of the forces at Corkdor’s disposal, Yang Yi was.
From the continuous surveillance up until now, it was clear that the building that had been attacked housed no small number, around twenty people or so. The numbers could vary, but the force had to consist of at least a dozen individuals, as it was a unit Corkdor placed great importance on and had made special arrangements for; it couldn’t possibly be small.
Two cars, eight people, attacking a hidden, important armed force under Corkdor.
Yang Yi found this difficult to accept.
Yang Yi and Brian fell silent together but soon, a sincere smile emerged on Brian’s face.
"Black Lightning, bring up the surveillance footage, only the last half an hour. No, ten minutes will suffice."
