However, they still needed to make thorough preparations for the trip to Eastern Ukraine. Loads of rocket launchers of all types—thermobaric, incendiary, high-explosive, armor-piercing shells—as long as it could be found, Yang Yi and his team guaranteed nothing would be missing.

Each car’s trunk was crammed full of rocket launchers. If an enemy managed to blow up the trunk of any car, there would be a huge mess, guaranteed not to leave even a body behind—only dust. But if a car got hit by a rocket, the people inside wouldn’t survive anyway, so the only difference was whether a body remained or was obliterated.

Waiting is always the most torturous part. Yang Yi was already growing restless, so as soon as Anton and Woody returned, he volunteered to pick them up from the airport just to have something to do temporarily.

When he met Anton and Woody at the airport, Woody appeared a bit tired, but his spirit was vastly different from the last time they met.

Upon seeing Yang Yi come to pick him up in person, Woody grabbed his hand and shook it several times before finally managing to say, "Whatever you need me to do, just command me."

"Go back and rest a bit, then gather everything you need."

Killing a man crushes his spirit, but recruiting a man requires winning his heart. Now, Yang Yi could have Woody do anything, even if it meant strapping him with explosives and sending him as a suicide bomber.

"I’m not tired. I am a bit worn out, but I’m too excited right now. I can get straight to work and quickly prepare all the necessary medicines and equipment."
