Chapter 399 - 387 Dinner
The snowmobile continued to travel, and then it arrived at the valley floor between the hills.
Scattered in the little valley were a dozen or so wooden cabins of various sizes, one of which was a large cabin with lights on. The snowmobile stopped in front of that large cabin, then Pasanin turned off the snowmobile and opened the door.
"We’re here, please."
Still, it took two people to help Yang Yi off the vehicle; he was truly weak, so much so that Pasanin frowned as he watched him being helped down.
Yang Yi didn’t go straight into the warm cabin; he waited for everyone carrying luggage to get off.
Pasanin still maintained his gentlemanly demeanor. When he saw Xiao Ran carrying a long, large case, he silently extended his hand, indicating he wanted to help her with it.
Unfortunately, Xiao Ran never let anyone carry her gun for her, so after receiving a polite refusal, Pasanin did not show any reaction but went ahead to open the cabin door.
Upon entering, Yang Yi saw a very large cabin with a very long table inside. The design and color of the table were quite simple—it was made from large pine planks pieced together, and instead of chairs, there were wooden stools on both sides.
The big dining table could accommodate thirty or forty people eating together, but when Yang Yi and the others arrived, there was no one inside, which meant that vast place was solely inhabited by Pasanin.
There was a fireplace in the dining room. The fire had died down, and Pasanin began to take off his heavy coat, then hung it on a hook on the cabin wall.
Without speaking, Pasanin did what he needed to do, while Yang Yi and the others just watched.
