EP.26 Dohee’s Suspicion
"Hi Dohee, did you sleep well?"
"...Yeah."
After waking up and getting ready for school, I left my room and ran into my brother. He greeted me as usual, but ever since I started suspecting something between him and Mom, even such normal behavior seemed suspicious, and I couldn’t help but answer curtly.
I usually act pretty curt anyway, but I wasn’t really aware of it myself, so Heetae didn’t notice anything and just responded normally.
"Come eat breakfast."
When Mom called us for breakfast, my brother, me, and our younger sibling Seohee all sat at the table and started eating. It was an ordinary meal, but I kept glancing at Heetae, watching him closely.
’Is it because of us? I don’t think anything seems weird...’
