Aeryon did not find much doctor even among the Yan people slave.

It is rumoured that Roma slave has many medical expertise. But Roma slave could only be bought from the north.

Just like Yan people did not venture far to the Northern Great Steppe, the Roman people had never even reached the Central Great Steppe.

So, he wanted to compile medical studies and create a medicine corps for his tribe. Ashana alone is not enough

There is many other things he wanted to do but could not like education and cultural preservations. Culture and race and all of this is important so that when eh conquers people later, he could use these to quickly pacify the conquered region

He did not want to repeat the same mistake of the Yuan dynasty nor is he content in just conquering the Great Steppe.

But the welfare project would mostly be injected into entrepreneurial support.

Aeryon wanted to provide small amounts of capital to individuals or group that shows promise in creating new business or craft.

In other words, Arion wanted to kickstart the merchant class in his tribe.

There is merchants in his tribe, and while their position is not as humiliating as it is in Yan, it is not that high either.

And Aeryon himself did not want the merchant class to be one of the highest class in the tribe.
