Chapter 215: Black Wind Bandits
The Black Wind bandit is not like the bandit in other places.
Bandits in the Great Steppe did not really have caves or static settlement. When they finish their jobs, they would ride far away
There is of course exception like the bandit near the eastern side of the Southern Great Steppe, adjacent to the mountainous region of Yindu
But that is another case.
Black Wind Bandit on the other hand is different
And their method is different. Most bandits in the Great Steppe is like travelling horsemen.
Today, they are a bandit in the Southern Great Steppe.
Tomorrow they might become a travelling business caravan heading toward Yan or Yindu or Roma, or the Western Zhou, selling horses and slaves.
Other times, they joined some other tribes as warrior-for-hire
The identity of bandits is easily wearable and then abandoned. There is many famous warriors in the Steppe that once become bandits.
Some become bandits but then when they are appreciated by certain tribes of certain chief and become acknowledge by the tribe, they rarely return to become bandits.
