On the western borders of the Great Steppe, the Western Zhou always uses the tactics of alienation and leveraging the interest of the tribe leader so that the western border always remains disorderly

This also created the Western tribes. These western tribes refer to the tribes that lives around the western border of the Great Steppe.

Because of the harassment of the Western Zhou, these western tribes are very good at fighting and they usually help each other and in an alliance with each other.

Having the approval of the Ashana, they are a group of tribes that could not be attacked easily especially in the Steppe

Any Steppe tribes that try to attack a western tribe without compelling reason would be ganged upon by the other western tribes and any tribes that wanted to win fame

Then there is Yan in the South

Yan in the past also uses such method of alienation and trying to provoke conflicts between tribes, focusing on weakening the tribes relations

They used reconciliatory method and killing methods among the many methods they employed.

Reconciliation methods that they used is simply a precursor to killing method because the Yan people did not view other races as people
