Chapter 377 - 373 Obsession (Part 1)
Under Eva Miller’s insistence, Sophie Smith agreed to meet with her.
Actually, she’s not avoiding her because of anything else, but because of Oliver Johnson.
Christopher Smith now firmly believes in Oliver Johnson, and Eva Miller already has a good impression of Oliver Johnson. If the two of them speak well of Oliver together, she really doesn’t know how to handle it.
Sophie Smith rushed to Eva Miller’s home, and Eva Miller was busy cooking.
"Sophie, you’re in for a treat, I’m going to show off my cooking skills," Eva Miller waved her spatula, looking ready to take on a big task.
"You can just make something simple, I can’t eat too much. Later, I still have to eat with Asher Land."

"But I promised him to be back before twelve o’clock noon."
"Since when did you become so obedient?" Eva Miller was full of confusion, "This is just so unlike you!"
Sophie Smith shook her head; it wasn’t surprising that Eva Miller was bewildered by her actions, because she didn’t know that her relationship with Asher Land had already changed.
"Sophie, your expression is off. Are you hiding something from me? Spill it!" Eva Miller, too curious to leave the kitchen, simply sat in front of her, earnestly waiting for her response.
"What’s wrong with me?"
"Why has your attitude towards President Land changed so much? Didn’t you always say you wanted to leave him?"
Sophie Smith looked down, lost in thought while staring at the cup in her hand. Then, she slowly raised her head.
"I... have fallen in love with him."
"What?" Eva Miller’s mouth almost couldn’t close, and the spatula in her hand fell to the ground. She swallowed and spoke incredulously, "Why all of a sudden?"
"Fell in love is fell in love." Sophie Smith seemed reluctant to dwell on this topic.
Eva Miller still hadn’t recovered from the shock, but in her heart, Sophie Smith had always been a person with strong opinions. She was sure Sophie knew exactly what she was doing.
"By the way, where is Uncle Smith? Is he alright?" Eva Miller finally remembered the actual purpose of calling Sophie over.
It seemed like Eva Miller was completely unaware of what Oliver Johnson had done.
"My dad is in Oliver Johnson’s hands."
"Oh, so he really is with Brother Johnson, that puts my mind at ease. Sophie, you don’t have to worry, Brother Johnson will definitely take good care of Uncle Smith."

"Eva, if... if I ask you not to get close to Oliver Johnson?" Sophie Smith looked at Eva Miller somewhat seriously, and Eva Miller was startled, sensing something was amiss.
