Sophie Smith thought, fortunately, Asher Land wasn’t sleeping next to her last night. If he knew Wyatt Sterling had called her to meet, he would probably have strangled her.
She arrived on time at the place Wyatt had arranged. She parked the car and walked towards the secluded café.
The spacious café was empty. Sophie knew Wyatt must have arranged for it to be cleared.
She chose a seat by the window and sat down. The waiter approached and asked her what she would like to drink.
"Blue Mountain coffee, please."
She took out her phone, glanced at the time, and silently put it back in her bag.
She was indeed a bit tired. Last night, Asher didn’t let her sleep until late into the night; she probably hadn’t slept more than four hours.
By the way, she left the Land Family’s house so early today, he shouldn’t be suspicious, right? Thinking of this, she couldn’t help but frown.
