Sophie Smith blushed, her cheeks reddening.
"Nanny Garcia!" she lowered her voice, feeling somewhat ashamed.
"Nanny Garcia, you really don’t need to worry about her stamina. Usually, I’m the one working hard at night." Asher Land, a few meters away, actually overheard their conversation and even made such shameless comments. Sophie was mortified to death.
The maids all lowered their heads, struggling to hold back their smiles.
"Yes, young master." Nanny Garcia retreated awkwardly, while Sophie stood there, both embarrassed and angry.
Asher Land walked over to the dining table, gazing at the spread of dishes, seemingly having a decent appetite.
"Come over," he said to Sophie.
"I’m not eating." She turned to head upstairs, running into Irene Morton, who was just about to come down.
"Sister Sophie, just got back now?"
"Yeah."
