Chapter 1497: Here Comes a Fool
"You crazy woman, what are you trying to do?" Pierre threw a punch, and when the gale materialized, the force directly knocked the Magic Treasure out of Saint Mary’s hand.
Saint Mary was stunned. Pierre’s Cultivation Level was supposed to be on par with hers—how could he suddenly knock her Magic Treasure away with just one punch?
Just as she froze in shock, Ivy Frost flew over and screamed, "What happened? What happened?"
"Hm?" Saint Mary cast a glance at Ivy Frost, then raised her brows, staring at her with a bewildered expression.
"He didn’t...?" Saint Mary asked, confused.
"Hmph, you crazy woman, I can’t be bothered with you!" Pierre snorted coldly, knowing exactly why Saint Mary had attacked him. After saying this, he turned around and flew off toward the rear mountain without so much as a goodbye.
The rear mountain was where the Heart Elder resided.
"Little Ivy Frost, he... he didn’t do anything to you, right?" Saint Mary asked curiously.
"No, nothing at all." Ivy Frost said naively. "He just came to check on me and said that since we’re both blessed by Supreme Evolution, he’d look after me in the future."
"Hmph, I bet he has an ulterior motive." Saint Mary snorted but didn’t continue the conversation with Ivy Frost, flying away abruptly.
Ivy Frost stuck out her tongue, looked around mischievously, and then crawled back into her Spatial God Stone.
