Yusuf Zuck made his way to the square, and looking down, he saw two figures standing at the entrance of the gorge—one was the long-armed Ray Dickson, and the other was a roughly thirty-year-old young man dressed in white, his appearance dashing and handsome. Francisco Zuck stood to one side, providing a ceremonial welcome.
Of course, Francisco Zuck was not qualified to lead them into Chicken Mountain, nor could she do so.
After pondering for a brief moment, Yusuf Zuck suddenly laughed, then flicked his finger, and a streak of green light shot forth instantly, landing in front of Ray Dickson and the others. Then the green light expanded to form a line that continuously widened and stretched to the summit, creating a direct passage to the top of the mountain, making the surrounding mists and formations vanish.
"I bid you welcome!" Yusuf Zuck shouted from atop the mountain.
"Please," Francisco Zuck made an inviting gesture with her hand, while the other dozen or so great demons stood on both sides of the square, serving both as a welcome and a guard. As for Ruth Wilcox and Ember Vance, they stayed behind in the inner house.
A moment later, Francisco Zuck guided Ray Dickson and the second-in-command up the mountain. Upon face-to-face meeting, the second-in-command immediately bowed with clasped fists, saying, "Grayson Martin of the vast mountains pays respects to Mr. Luo."
"Greetings, Mr. Luo," Ray Dickson also bowed in greetings.
