Chapter 586 - 585: Ariel Higgins’ Arsenal
"All right, stay hidden here and don’t leave yet. I’m going to go back up the others," Yusuf Zuck instructed the group before jumping out.
"What now?" With Yusuf gone, Samuel Ross and the others looked to Ariel Higgins. This woman had skills and cunning none of them possessed.
"Follow me, hmph!" Ariel Higgins snorted coldly and led the group toward the back warehouse.
A moment later, they reached the interior of the warehouse, which was filled with miscellaneous items in a large storage room. Ariel approached a pile of items, extended her hand, and gently pulled. To their surprise, the floor automatically split open, revealing an electronic trapdoor.
Light shone from within, along with a staircase leading downwards.
However, when the group followed Ariel down the stairs, they were stunned to discover that it wasn’t a basement but an arsenal.
Fleur Carson had played with guns before and seen plenty of firearms and ammunition, but now, seeing the various weapons in the arsenal, his eyelids couldn’t help but twitch wildly. There were several machine guns meant for armored fighting vehicles, specifically designed to shoot down planes, with bullets larger than a hand.
He also saw crates of grenades, and even shoulder-launched rocket launchers. Was Ariel planning a rebellion?
"Hahaha, damn it, who cares about ghosts or gods? With these, what do I have to fear?" Samuel Ross and the others burst out laughing.
"Marlon Shepherd, you and your wife stay put, Mila Vazquez, take the kid and stay put, Delaney Valencia, Louise Garrett, stay put. Go inside, there’s a door. Once through that door, you’ll find bedrooms, a kitchen, a restroom, and even a hot spring. Everyone else, grab whatever weapon suits you best. Whoever dares to come to my Weng Quan Villa tonight, I will take them down!" Ariel finished speaking and shouldered a rocket launcher before walking out.
