Chapter 541 - 540: The Heartache of Old Ye
Early next morning, Yusuf Zuck and Grey Petty, carrying a travel bag, boarded a flight headed to Harbor Island.
Last night, he had spent the night at Miles O’Brien’s place. Of course, during that night, the two tried to conceive a child, but whether they were successful or not, Yusuf didn’t know. Miles had prepared a lot, but having a child isn’t something that happens just because you want it to.
Around noon, Yusuf and Grey Petty disembarked the plane, and to their surprise, Sara Zuck and Dream Morrow had come together to pick them up.
"Why aren’t you filming?" The siblings embraced when they met, exchanged a fist bump with Dream Morrow, and then they all got into the van.
"I managed to finish my scenes this morning, so I came along with Dream to pick you up. You were coming after all. How could we not greet you personally? We wouldn’t dare put on celebrity airs with you!" Sara laughed cheerily.
"Right, that’s how it should be. Don’t put on airs with anyone. We are just ordinary people; we mustn’t forget where we come from," Yusuf said, nodding.
"Got it," Sara replied with a wry smile. Every time Yusuf saw her, he would nag more than their father ever did.
The group didn’t enter the downtown area but instead went straight to the villa where Sara lived— a gift from the Petty Family, by the sea, spacious, and sufficiently luxurious.
After asking about some matters concerning the Petty Family and Sara’s recent work, Yusuf took Dream Morrow upstairs.
