Though it was late at night, the cargo ship was particularly lively. The chubby cook made a fire on the spot, taking out fresh meat and vegetables, while everyone else gathered around Yusuf Zuck and sat down.
They were old friends after all, and with Yusuf Zuck being so polite and generous, their reunion was naturally joyful.
Over a million US Dollars hadn’t been divided yet, but Yusuf Zuck had already informed everyone that the captain and the first officer would get a larger share. This was his proposal, so naturally, nobody objected, which eased the minds of Captain Su and First Officer Hart, avoiding any trouble that might come with divvying up the money later on.
"Little Chicken and Little Gu are making their way in South America, and after making a fortune in the United States, I came back. I couldn’t get used to living in the U.S. After traveling thousands of miles, home is still the best. I missed home so much when I was abroad!"
Yusuf Zuck calculated the time and realized that over five months had passed; it was now the end of July or the beginning of August.
"Little brother, do you have any plans after you get back home? Why don’t you join us? How about being a captain?"
"Ha ha." Captain Su’s remark made everyone burst into laughter.
"That’s not a bad idea, but I’m planning to get my own ship, then dive for treasure at sea. You all know that I’ve been treasure hunting in the sea last time. To be frank with you, I really found a lot of treasures underwater—big nuggets of gold, huge diamonds, and even ancient sunken ships."
