Chapter 442 - 441: Only One Demand
Although it was late at night, none of the Meskill family members felt the slightest bit sleepy, because a ghost that hunted for life lurked in the courtyard, and this ghost might decapitate them at any moment.
In the main house, the old butler, Greg Wolfe, wore a look of disgust, constantly gauging Gatlin Meskill’s expression. About half an hour later, the courtyard gate was knocked. Upon opening the door, Alvin Escobar saw a squad of soldiers carrying a huge device into the courtyard.
This was military high-tech, utilizing satellite technology; unless it was a cold-blooded animal, everything would appear on the projector, heat imaging!
Yusuf Zuck had once seen a TV series called "I’m a Special Forces 2," which featured military technology, including heat imaging. To avoid being detected by heat imaging in the series, the protagonist, Wu Jing, covered his body with mud.
Yusuf Zuck knew he couldn’t let the other side finish installing the device, or he would definitely be killed. So, as a group of soldiers worked together to carry the device inside, he suddenly stepped forward, raised his sword, and split the device in two.
"Whoosh~ Whoosh~" Just as the device was cleaved, the elder Mu and Alvin Escobar simultaneously charged over, one to the left, one to the right, one with a fist, and one with a sword, striking furiously at thin air.
But the sword found only air, and so did the fist; it seemed that there was no one at the spot they were hitting.
