Lena Brown suggested they go to Mexico because she hoped to exploit the timing. During this period, all the powers in Las Vegas would surely still be searching for Yusuf Zuck’s whereabouts.
And just like that, they had already arrived in Mexico City.
"There are no flights to Beijing from Mexico City in the next few days, but there is a direct flight to Hong Kong, although it’s not until six o’clock tomorrow evening." At the airport in Mexico City, as dawn was just breaking, as soon as the two of them got to the airport, Lena Brown immediately asked about flights going back to their homeland. However, she was informed that they would have to wait for any direct flights, whether it was to Beijing or to Zhonghai City.
But there was a direct flight to Hong Kong, which would not be until six in the evening.
"Then let’s take the direct flight to Hong Kong," Yusuf Zuck had no objections; at this point, he just wanted to get back to his country.
"So where do we go now? Are we supposed to wait here all day?" Lena Brown asked doubtfully.
"Let’s find an airport hotel to rest for the day, eh? We can just come back here at six in the evening," Yusuf Zuck suggested.
"Okay, then follow me," Lena Brown nodded. It wasn’t feasible to sit in the airport all day, so it seemed like a good idea to get a temporary room for some sleep, considering that money was not an issue for either of them.
The airport had its own accommodation hotels. Since Yusuf Zuck could only speak Chinese, Lena Brown took care of all the arrangements.
"Alright, let’s go upstairs," Lena Brown said, holding the room card after completing the hotel check-in procedures at the airport.
