Yusuf Zuck did not directly agree to Ozzy’s request for investment because he had always believed that "brothers are brothers, money is money," and he did not want money issues to lead to a fallout with a brother.

"How much did your dad borrow?" Yusuf asked Ozzy after messing around for a while.
"It should be between five and eight million, I guess. It’s challenging to get loans these days, and the interest on private loans is high, so we can only turn to banks," Ozzy replied.
"How about this, I’ll lend your dad ten million, and then when he makes money, he can pay me back. No interest. I just won’t partner with your dad in the furniture business."
"What? You’re going to lend my dad ten million?" Ozzy was shocked, as ten million was not a small sum. Private lending usually had an interest rate over 1.5%, and for such a large sum, the rate would be even higher, nearly 2%. In other words, on a loan of ten million, Yusuf could earn an interest of one hundred and fifty to two hundred thousand a month.
