At three o’clock in the morning, Yusuf Zuck met Fleur Carson, Samuel Ross, Dream Morrow, and Jerome Hart on the tree-lined road near the entrance of the Northern Film School campus.
That’s right, Jerome Hart came along too, because obviously something serious had happened, otherwise Yusuf wouldn’t possibly summon Samuel and Dream in the middle of the night for no reason.
Upon seeing them, Yusuf ushered them into his car and then said in a deep voice, "There was an incident with my dad, it looks like one of his enemies from Zhonghai targeted him and hurt him." He didn’t specify how his father was injured, as it involved his foster father’s privacy.
"So, I suspect someone is after my sister now."
"I need to fly to Shandong immediately, which is why I called you all here. Without saying much more, I entrust you with my sister’s safety. Fleur, you’re experienced in this area, so you come up with the protection plan. Wen Shuai, if you have time to participate, do so; if not, don’t worry about it. Samuel, Marco, and Dream, you follow Fleur’s lead, of course, you need to discuss and agree on the details."
"Fleur, do you have any issues?" Yusuf asked Fleur.
"No worries, as long as I’m here, your sister’s safety is assured!" Fleur promised.
"Hmm, you all know each other a bit now. Fleur is a life-and-death friend of mine, Samuel, Marco, Dream, and Wen Shuai are brothers. In short, it’s all up to you all," Yusuf said solemnly.
"Don’t worry," They all nodded gravely because they could sense Yusuf’s tension and unease, implying their opponent was no small threat.
Regardless of who the opponent was, they would not let their guard down.
