Chapter 132 -132-Alina’s Shock
Proceeding forward with utmost caution, Frank suddenly froze in his tracks. A sudden sense of danger surged through him, instinctively causing him to focus, his sharp eyes slicing through the heavy fog ahead like a blade.
And then he saw it.
A massive black abyss emerged before his eyes—vast and bottomless, like a tear between two worlds. Within it flowed an upside-down river of stars, swirling with breathtaking brilliance.
Yet despite its splendor, a single glance at this abyss sent an icy chill crawling down Frank’s spine.
His instincts screamed at him—falling into that abyss meant certain death.
"Is this rift left behind by the Dark God’s invasion? So deep... so terrifying!"
Frank’s expression turned grave as he carefully surveyed the great chasm. Spanning across the void was a Rainbow Bridge, glowing faintly with seven-colored light. It looked like a ribbon of radiance, though veiled by layers of mist, it had dimmed into a dull gray hue.
This Rainbow Bridge, Frank realized, must be the battlefield—the place where the two sides would clash.
A sudden premonition struck him.
Without hesitation, he turned and quickly retreated back to Thomas’s side, glancing around at the others before announcing, "Thomas, there’s no path ahead. At the edge of the fog lies an abyss, and across it is a single Rainbow Bridge."
The crowd went still for a moment.
