“Come down here. Even if you insist on becoming an Apostle, we need to check this place first!” Qin Lun waved to Little Mute standing at the entrance of the Space-Time Converter and turned to examine the entire research room. “This is a research facility. There should be other auxiliary equipment and medicines here. Let’s see if we can find anything that might help you!”

A short while later, Qin Lun held three serums that Little Mute had found. These three serums were stored in a hidden safe in the research room. The safe had a self-destruct device installed. If it weren’t for Little Mute, not only would they have been unable to retrieve them, they might not even have discovered them.

“Void Beast Serum: Extracted from the temporal sac of the Void Beast, supplemented with various soul-enhancing medicines. It can effectively increase the soul energy of sapient beings. For a certain period, it transforms the physical body of a sapient being into a void constitution.”

“Void Beast Serum!” Qin Lun frowned slightly as he looked at the small syringe in his hand. The mercury-like liquid inside gave him a sense of déjà vu. It seemed similar to the Apostle serum that Mina, the little princess of the Anka Tribe, had used to transform herself long ago.

The Suspended Continents were covered by the Shattered Starry Sky’s law barrier. The void space between the continents was not ordinary cosmic space-time, but a kind of dimensional space. Void Beasts were unique creatures that lived in this dimensional space.

Void Beasts were enormous in size. The smallest were as large as hills, while the larger ones could even swallow some tiny Suspended Continents. Void Beasts were very rare and generally did not appear before people. Both Apostles and Sapient Races knew very little about them.

Everyone only knew that when a Suspended Continent was born or about to perish, large numbers of Void Beasts would appear in the surrounding dimensional space. They acted like cleaners for the Shattered Starry Sky, actively devouring parts that broke off from the Suspended Continents. This kept the dimensional space tidy and ensured there were no other floating debris around the Suspended Continents.

For Sapient Races and Apostles, Void Beasts were treasures from head to toe. They were an important source of materials for many space-time equipment and also served as construction materials for team demiplanes.

At the same time, whenever traces of Void Beasts appeared around a Suspended Continent, everyone knew that continent was about to be destroyed and would immediately choose to migrate. Therefore, Void Beasts were also called the Gods of Death of destruction!
