Chapter 1012: Detective Skeleton
Solzmimi led the way for a long while, until finally stopping in front of what looked like a ruined, old shack- It looked as thought a meteor had come crashing right in the middle of it, blasting everything away, curiously however, despite this place having been the home Arzt, there no trace of any statue or sculpture around.
The sun ancestor scratched the back of her head as she turned to Loimos.
"Don’t blame us, after they left, we took what Arzt had left behind to a secure location, and then, we just obliterated what was left, you know, since we hadn’t lost yet... We covered up for them in the case that we got our asses kicked later on" she casually explained.
One didn’t say anything upon hearing this, merely glancing at Loimos to try and guess what he was going to do about it.
"Can I...?" meanwhile Maliah pulled out a dagger from her sleeve and pointed at it.
"You can not" simply replied the pure undead, making the assassin slip the weapon back in her sleeve before crossing her arms.
"Do take a few step back" Loimos stated before several bony protuberances suddenly emerged from his form, each of them spreading out and beginning to carve into the ground under the eyes of the three women, sigils, runes of all kinds, written format of the death tongue, circles and alike... Just by the sheer volume of different things being used, one could tell that he was going to do something incredible.
That notion was only reinforced as it didn’t stop at that, he also manifested various materials, adding them to the what he had already done, effectively, making the thing into an array as well, then we began doing the same thing on a smaller scale directly onto the air, several times, and afterward, he just stood still as a cacophony of voices erupted from him, reciting incantations in parallel of one another.
He was doing this personally whilst, no doubt, the now refurnished facilities were also participating.
"Excuse me, young ladies, but what in damnation is he doing?" Solzmimi asked as she slightly leaned forward to meet the eyes of the other undeads present.
