Chapter 592. Finally, A Proper Dress
Mauve woke up with a stretch, groaning softly. She opened her eyes to see Jael staring down at her on the verge of laughing.
"Looks like someone slept well," he commented.
She smiled sheepishly at him. "I could say the same."
"I am not one to deny the truth, I did sleep well. You didn’t say if you did or not."
"I did," she said and stuck out her tongue. "Now let it go."
Jael laughed, "I am glad you’re energetic this morning. I was afraid that last night might slow you down a bit."
"Jael!" She yelled out in horror.
He laughed but she didn’t share in his amusement. Wrapping the covers around her naked body, she got off the bed.
"Wait, you’re leaving?" He asked in shock.
"Yes!" She replied.
Glaring at him, she walked away from the bed and to the connecting door. She didn’t look back as she walked into her room.
