Chapter 220. Impatience.
His eyes were more than enough to pull her in, the sexual tension was so intense she could almost touch it. Even if she was unaffected enough to say no, Mauve could not think of why she should.
She wanted him to touch her more, she wanted to touch him, to throw her inhibition out the window and just let the desire control her. He had her under his palms, completely molded to his shape.
Mauve leaned forward with her lips puckered and her eyes closed. She heard Jael swear under his breath as he dipped his head and took her lips. She felt his urgency as he pressed his lips against hers and Mauve’s entire being shook.
Shivers ran down her spine from his taste on her tongue and she wanted more. It felt as though someone fanned her already burning flame and it consumed her. It felt as if Jael was the only one who could put out the fire, not surprising she was this much of a mess because of him.
Her hands moved of their own accord to touch him. She placed her palms on the front of his shirt against his chest, the material stopped her from touching his skin.
His fangs brushed against her lips and he pulled her even closer. He sucked on her tongue and Mauve grabbed his shirt. She wanted to merge with him.
His frenzy was overspilling to her and she was caught up in the waves. She tugged at his shirt in an attempt to touch his skin. She couldn’t wait, she knew she would have ripped his shirt if she was any stronger.
He lifted her and placed her on the bed without breaking the kiss. Mauve wrapped her hands around his neck as she kissed. What was this? Her brain could barely keep track of the state of her body.
He pulled away from her grasp breaking the kiss and Mauve winced at the intense disappointment he felt. She didn’t want him away from her. He looked down at her with a serious expression. His eyes were glowing and his enlarged canines peeked out of his lips a little.
