Chapter 24:
Thr ee days.
Hans raised his head. His gray-brown pupils were now in the shape of a demon.
In the dark eyes, the pupil was replaced by a dense array of red rings and gray dots the size of rice grains in the center.
They were more like the eyes of a monster than a human being.
Even so, Hans’ face did not change at all.
However, ever since his fear and anger in the pub had changed into his current state, the shackles on his mind had been broken and he had embarked on a path that he could not turn back.
Now, all he had left was the obsession to hunt for zeros.
It was this obsession that made him wander the wilderness outside the base for three days without eating or drinking.
A peculiar smell wafted through the air. Hans used his nose to take a deep breath before letting out the roar of a wild beast.
