Chapter 155: Character Introduction (End of Book Two, Book Five)
Fist Slave Emperor Dyson, Age 28
Dyson, originally hailing from the Rastore clan, a vassal of the Empire, was captured during the Empire’s invasive wars when he was just a child. Alongside his family, he became a slave.
As he grew older, Dyson displayed remarkable talent as a warrior. Rising from a mere fist slave, he ascended to become a star gladiator, relying solely on his fists. Standing over two meters tall, his imposing presence rivaled that of an Ogre Lord. But Dyson possessed more than just physical might. His cold intelligence, martial prowess, and battle-hardened experience set him apart.
While gladiators weren’t always required to kill their opponents, the ruthless Dyson earned the moniker “Pressure Fist (Press Out)” for relentlessly pummeling foes into unrecognizable masses with his tree-trunk-like fists. Somewhere around the hundredth victim, he seemed to reach a new level, dispatching opponents with a single blow.
Growing bored with human adversaries, Dyson turned his attention to beasts, monsters, and even the enigmatic ‘Furuki sha’. He became the ultimate gladiator, shattering them all with his fists alone.
When the Fist Slave Corps was formed, Dyson was chosen as one of its leaders. His unrivaled strength allowed him to command the entire band of rogues. Seeing the Empire’s loss of control due to foreign invasions and peasant uprisings, he initiated a coup.
Imprisoning the elderly Emperor and the Emperor’s granddaughter within the imperial capital, he declared himself the new Emperor of the New Germania.
Dyson’s appearance features short, dull brown hair, large brown eyes that seem to bulge, and deep wrinkles etched across his forehead, giving him a fearsome countenance. Despite being in his twenties, his imposing physique makes him appear older. Even after ascending to the throne, he continues to wear the same training pants and goes shirtless, adorned only with the exclusive purple mantle granted to the Germania Emperor. His excuse? “My body is too massive; there’s no attire that fits me.”
His sole armament is the “Orichalcum Gauntlet”, which he wrested from Herman during the battle at the imperial capital. Rather than taking everything, he boldly declared, “A Fist Slave Emperor needs no armor.”
His gladiator background endears him to the rebels and lower-ranked soldiers who joined the uprising. Dyson harbors a strong aversion toward Germanian nobles and knights, and his loyal followers consist mainly of non-commissioned officers, foot soldiers, irregulars, and former mercenaries. -0-
Ragtag Infantry Unit Captain Massive Gayak, Age 21
Captain of the spearhead army that dons a tightly bound headband atop his spiky hair. As the vanguard commander, he was tasked with quelling the remnants of the Empire’s resistance forces, launching a surprise attack on a peaceful village.
His motley crew of soldiers may be former bandits, but Massive, despite his youth, underwent a year of training as a junior officer. His equestrian skills were also commendable.
Just as the opportunity for promotion to a junior officer arose, fate dealt him a cruel blow—Takeru shot him down mercilessly.
Alas, luck was not on his side.

Court Musician Zither Scheidholdt, Age 24
Long honey-hued, cascading curls, possesses hazel eyes that exude both mystery and elegance. Handpicked for her role as a court musician, she was a natural-born talent, her melodies reaching the ears of the emperor himself.
Having taught poetry to the emperor and his granddaughter, Zither recognized the voice beyond the palace walls. Driven by passion, she defected to the Imperial Resistance, determined to rescue the Germanian royal lineage.
Though she appears as an endearing young maiden, her eyes harbor an intense fervor. While skilled in song and performance, her combat abilities are nonexistent. Unfortunately, in this world—much like a certain RPG—bards do not excel in battle.
After successfully rescuing the Germanian royals, Zither’s relief seems to have triggered a gradual descent into absentmindedness. Her personality leans more toward childlike innocence than her actual age, perhaps making her better suited for the role of a court jester.

Imperial Princess Elizabeth Germania Germanicus, Age 8
The direct granddaughter of the aging Emperor Conrad, stands as the daughter of his eldest son in the eyes of the old ruler. Had it not been for Freed’s tyranny, it would have been her father who ascended to the imperial throne.
Her waist-length, bluish-blond hair frames her face, and her eyes—heterochromatic, one gold and one blue—hold an otherworldly allure.
The lineage of Conrad suffered heavy losses during the struggle for the imperial succession, most falling victim to Freed’s ruthless ambition. However, Elizabeth, a mere child at the time, escaped his sword—perhaps even Freed hesitated to extinguish her life.
Naturally astute from birth, she concealed herself in the shadow of her grandfather, the aging emperor, within the tumultuous power struggles of the imperial court. Her goal: to remain unnoticed by Freed’s watchful eyes.
After Freed’s demise, Elizabeth valiantly protected her somewhat befuddled father, Conrad, amidst the chaos. Yet fate took a cruel turn—she was captured by the Fist Slave Emperor Dyson and forcibly betrothed.
Though young, Elizabeth received imperial education from factions that sought to elevate her. With unwavering resolve, she embodies the last hope for the Germania Empire’s succession.

New Germania Empire Conquering General Gemon Balzac, Age 32
A formidable figure donning a blue mohawk helmet, wears a leather armor adorned with a leather mantle. His massive frame commands attention. Interestingly, he keeps his headgear on at all times—partly because, when bare-headed, he reveals a mostly bald pate.
Once a rough-and-tumble mercenary cavalry captain, Gemon secretly harbored a longing to become a knight.
His legion, composed of former bandits, rebelled against the old Germania Empire for withholding their pay. As the peasant uprising swelled their ranks, Gemon’s cavalry became the core of the rebellion, propelling him to the rank of a renegade general.
Aligned with the Dyson faction, their bandit forces grew to five thousand strong. However, they met their end at the hands of Princess Knight Eleonora, and Gemon too submitted to her authority.
Later, a reformed Gemon rose as a legitimate general in the Germania Empire. From the base in Leutz Village, he led the peasant army into battle.
Despite his unimpressive appearance, Gemon’s competence earned him favor with Grand General Mainz. He also served as an unwitting advocate for defection.

Under the sole banner of the “King,” these tempestuous seafarers rally. The young charismatic leader navigates the treacherous waters with an infectious, carefree smile. His open-mindedness extends to allies—even if they happen to be demons.

Countess Josephine Agene Aquitaine, Age 28
Possesses an intoxicating beauty—a body with artistically exquisite lines. Her youthful, taut skin radiates freshness. Truly, she is a woman who exudes allure. Cunning and shrewd, she’s known as the “Fox Woman” or, more ominously, the “Venomous Temptress.”
But there’s a reason she’s scorned as the Fox Woman: her lineage is tainted with the blood of fox beastkin, complete with fox ears and a small tail. In the esteemed circles of Silesie’s aristocracy, her half-beast heritage is a considerable disadvantage.
As the mistress of High End—the southern region of Silesie, encompassing half the land—Josephine orchestrated the poisoning of the then-wife of Count High End. She ascended to the position of the new lady of the house.
Subsequently, she ensnared the stubbornly aristocratic Marquis Pipin, using her seductive wiles. A true femme fatale, worthy of the title “Fox Woman.”
Her methods of seduction are transparent, yet men continue to fall for her charms.

For this young lad, the alluring charms of the slightly older vixen were irresistible.
As the head of House Burgund, thrust unexpectedly into leadership, he faces a crisis in his territory. Whether this twist of fate is fortunate or unfortunate remains uncertain.
Despite being somewhat naive for a son of the astute Marquis Pipin, some find his vulnerability endearing. Curiously, he seems to enjoy the support of subordinates like Magistrate Geoffrey, suggesting a modicum of popularity.

Her striking features include long blue hair and two black-brown dragon horns protruding from her head. Her limbs bear thick, sharp claws and blue scales. Apart from her dragon-like blue wings and a long tail, she resembles a tall human woman.
In contrast, her skin is translucently pale, and her ample figure is modestly clad in white fabric wrapped around her chest and waist. Having lived in isolation on the island, she remains blissfully unaware of the sexiness of her attire.
Are practices the traditional martial art of Dragon Fist, utilizing her sharp claws and long, sturdy tail for attacks. Her bloodline traces back to the ancient beings—the furuki mono—granting her formidable power when she heightens her life force.
Dragon maidens, born of the mixed blood of the ancient dragon god and a human crafted by Asama, inexplicably gives birth only to female offspring. When they reach marriageable age, they will venture beyond the island to find a suitable husband.

He favors unscrupulous tactics and unconventional strategies. Rather than choosing means, he seems to possess an incomprehensible aesthetic unique to him.
Even the sting of bitter defeat transforms into pleasure for this remarkably resilient individual.
In many ways, he defies common sense—a strategist with inscrutable thought processes.

Captains of the New Germanian Imperial Army’s Thousand-Man Unit, the Devon Trio
Sport mohawk helmets that exude a general-like aura. Dismissing them as mere stock characters would be a grave mistake—they are genuinely formidable.
Former mercenaries, they excel in coordinated attacks using chain sickles to immobilize foes. Against ordinary knights, they prove more than capable of victory.
Unfortunately, their encounter with Louise—who transformed into a slaughtering goddess—spelled their misfortune.
Indeed, luck was not on their side.
