Zhou Ziqing stopped in her tracks at the sight of his limited-edition business car.

Zhou Ziqing started to cry even more profusely, covering her mouth and remaining silent.
Qin Muchuan raised his hand to wipe away her tears. "I’m sorry. I had to act that way because she was with us. You know our relationship has to be clandestine. We can’t be open about it, so I’m sorry for inconveniencing you."
Zhou Ziqing began to sob audibly, looking at Qin Muchuan through teary eyes, "Is everything you said true? But just now, you seemed so indifferent to me, your eyes showed no emotion!"
"You should choose to believe me!" Slowly, Qin Muchuan moved his hand away from her face and stepped aside.
Zhou Ziqing clutched her chest, seemingly in pain. "How do you expect me to trust you after what you just did!"
Qin Muchuan stared at her tear-streaked face and calmly said, "I have already told you that I can’t divorce her at the moment, so our relationship can only be a secret affair. If you can accept being the mistress, we can continue. If not, it’s best to end things now."
