"I fell asleep but woke up again. I saw that you were busy, so I brewed some calming tea for you. It’ll help you fall asleep quickly after you finish working!" Lin Xiangwan poured him a cup.
Qin Muchuan chuckled. "You seem to know a lot about tea!" It was certainly far better than her cooking skills.
Lin Xiangwan felt his playful tease, acknowledges it publicly. "Yes, when Song Yichen used to be very busy with work, often staying up all night, I couldn’t do much to help. Then I heard that drinking tea is beneficial, so I did some research! There are so many different types of tea, some that increase alertness, some that calm the mind, some that promote detoxification and wellbeing, so I learned in detail and always brewed tea for Song Yichen!"
"Hmmm....." Qin Muchuan sunk in his thoughts for a moment before slowly responding, "That being said, it seems like I am benefiting from his trials. He was the initial test case, but I’m the direct beneficiary!"
