All I can say is that this piece came out alright, but I definitely spent too much time rendering it. It was supposed to be a rough character portrait without backgrounds, and as you can see, I ended up drawing everything. It's also the reason she looks out of place...
Nonetheless, this is Sylvia in her new outfit, which will be revealed in another few chapters. I also changed her hair design a bit.
