"When do we leave?" she asked, sliding the last of her meal to Neko, who happily devoured it.

"Now."

Zara blinked. "I beg your pardon?"

"We depart now," Noah said casually. "So, dear Zara, go prepare whatever it is you need to prepare—if anything at all."

She frowned. "So early? Can’t we at least wait until tomorrow?"
