The man who came was dressed in a uniform and looked to be in his early thirties.
Behind him followed four or five men in the same uniform, clearly his underlings.
Teacher Liu’s face lit up with joy, "Brother-in-law!"
The uniformed man turned his head, surprised, "Liu Pan? What are you doing here? Weren’t you doing well at your mom’s kindergarten? Why run over here?"
Liu Pan gave an awkward smile and replied, "Brother-in-law, it’s a long story, but first, could you tell them to put me down?"
The brother-in-law nodded, raised the electric baton, and pointed it at He Chen and Mo Han, speaking coldly, "I am Li Changbin, the head of security here. Put the man down quickly, or you won’t like what comes next!"
Mo Han didn’t even glance at Li Changbin. He walked up to Liu Pan and slapped him across the face, his tone icy cold,
"Speak, how did Chen Chen go missing?"
The slap was powerful and heavy. Since Liu Pan was pinned down by He Chen, there was no way for him to dodge it — not that he could have evaded Mo Han’s strike even if he wasn’t restrained.
With a smack, Liu Pan’s face now bore five bright red finger marks.
Li Changbin was furious, waving his electric baton and stepping forward, "Dammit, how dare you strike someone in front of me, Li Changbin? You’ve got some nerve! You have no idea who’s territory this is, do you?"
