Chapter 4: Chance Encounter
"That class was freakin’ amazing!" Victor exclaimed as he and Asher walked to their rooms.
"Yeah it was. The way she explained the concept of time magic was amazing as well. I haven’t heard anyone explain it like that before." Asher replied.
They both walked in and Asher immediately laid down on his bunk.
"Are you that lazy?" Victor asked.
"Give me a break, I’ve had a hectic day. Especially from the duel." Asher replied. "It was probably the most interesting thing that’s happened all day."
"You think?" Asher sensed a sarcastic tone in Victor’s voice. He got up and began to change his clothes.
"Where are you going?"
"I’m gonna go take Professor Orion up on his offer." Asher replied and walked out before closing the door behind him.
As he walked through the hallway, he saw someone watching him from a corridor.
"I know who you are. You’re Aethera Jardel." Asher said to her.
"Am I that famous?" Aethera asked.
