Chapter 94: Find Leo
The sun shone brightly over the park, casting long shadows across the grassy fields.
Children’s laughter filled the air as Leo and Aria sat on a checkered blanket with Ava, their turkey sandwiches cut into fun shapes.
Leo held up a star-shaped sandwich proudly, his little face glowing with excitement.
"Ava, look! My sandwich is a star!" Leo said, giggling.
Ava smiled at the boy, reaching over to ruffle his hair. "I see that, Leo! Stars taste better, don’t they?"
"Uh-huh!" Leo nodded vigorously before taking a big bite.
Aria, sitting beside her brother, was munching on a heart-shaped sandwich.
She looked up at Ava with a grin, her cheeks stuffed with food. "Mine’s a heart! Mama says hearts are for love."
"That’s right, Aria," Ava said, chuckling.
She adored how sweet the children were, their innocence a welcome break from the complexities of their world.
Leo suddenly dropped his sandwich and turned toward the playground where other kids were laughing and sliding down a brightly colored set of slides.
