"Our boy is growing up well," he said with a soft chuckle, his tone laced with pride.
I let out a breath that had been lodged in my chest. "It seems rather fast."
"He’s a Dragon too, Master," Roan replied. "You can’t keep him away from his destiny. Sooner or later, it’ll call out to him."
"Destiny, huh..." I murmured, eyes narrowing slightly.
